It's Out of Control.
The average company now runs over 130 SaaS subscriptions. Finance teams estimate they know about roughly half of them. The rest? Silent drains, auto-renewing month after month, charged to personal cards, buried in expense reports, or hiding in forgotten cost centres.
This isn't a minor inconvenience. It's a structural problem. As headcount grows, teams move fast and sign up for tools without central oversight. Vendors make cancellation hard on purpose. Costs compound quietly, until someone finally audits the credit card statement and wonders how it got this bad.
Payment Infrastructure for the AI Age.
As AI and agentic tools multiply, your subscription stack has become operational infrastructure. Every tool, every automated workflow, every new hire has a payment attached to it. Right now, those payments are scattered, unattributed, and out of control.
Subtrac is the intelligence layer that connects your subscriptions, payments, employees, and AI agents into a single controllable fabric. Every vendor gets a card. Every subscription is tagged to its payment. Every employee and agent has scoped, trackable spend. When someone joins, their tools are provisioned. When they leave, their spend stops. When an agent exceeds its budget, the card says no.
Every Dollar. Accounted For.
Subtrac gives finance, operations, and IT teams a single platform where every recurring charge is visible, attributed, and controllable. No more end-of-month surprises. No more zombie subscriptions draining budget you didn't know you were spending.
When your team issues a virtual card for a new tool, that spend is categorised, tracked against budget, and visible in real time. When someone leaves the company, their subscriptions don't leave with them — you revoke the card and the spend stops.
The founding principle of Subtrac.
This Is a Company-Wide Problem.
Subtrac is a subscription intelligence platform that uses virtual cards to give companies complete visibility and control over every recurring spend, from the first payment to the final cancellation.
We sit at the intersection of fintech and SaaS management, giving ops and finance teams the tools they need to stop waste before it happens, not clean it up months later.
Unlike expense management tools that report on spend after the fact, Subtrac puts controls in place upfront. One virtual card per vendor, with every subscription tagged to its payment so you can track and control each one individually. Instant cancellation. Full audit trail. Budget limits enforced automatically.

What Subtrac Does.
Everything you need to stop paying for tools you don't use, can't see, or forgot you had.
One Card Per Vendor
Issue a dedicated virtual card for every vendor. Tag each subscription to its payment so you know exactly what's charged, by whom, and why — and can control them one by one.
Kill a Subscription Instantly
No login hunting, no support calls. Turn off the card and the charges stop. Done.
Renewal Alerts That Work
Know what's renewing before it renews, not after the money has already left.
Catch What Nobody Notices
Duplicate tools, unused licences, forgotten trials. Subtrac surfaces them so you can cut them.
Budgets That Actually Hold
Set spend limits per subscription, per team, per vendor. The card enforces them automatically.
When People Leave, Costs Don't Stay
Offboarding triggers automatic subscription review. Their tools don't keep billing you.
The Founders.
Subtrac was co-founded by Erik Ingvoldstad and Nicki Bull Bisgaard, two founders with precisely the skills this problem demands.
Erik Ingvoldstad is a creative problem solver and entrepreneur with decades of experience building digital products and companies across Asia Pacific. He has led strategy, innovation, and product thinking at agencies, consultancies, and startups, and has watched firsthand as organisations repeatedly lose control of their SaaS spend. Subtrac is the tool he always wished existed.
Nicki Bull Bisgaard brings deep expertise in payments, fintech infrastructure, and financial products. His background in the mechanics of how money moves, and how virtual cards in particular can be wielded as a control layer, is the engine that powers the Subtrac platform.
Together, they bring the strategic vision, product thinking, and payments infrastructure knowledge to make subscription control genuinely work, not just on a dashboard, but at the transaction level.
